- 200g dark chocolate
- 110g butter
- 4 eggs
- 120g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 85g flour
- Bicarbonate of soda
- Walnuts
- Chocolate chips
- Melt the chocolate and butter together and mix well.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Add flour and baking soda; mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, butter, and vanilla.
- Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Grease and flour a baking tin.
- Pour in the batter, top with extra chocolate chips and walnuts if desired, and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
