Ingredients

  • 250 ml whole milk
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 10 g sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Once everything is mixed together, stop blending – you don’t want to incorporate air into the mixture.
  2. Now, melt some butter in a non-stick frying pan. I like to spear the butter with a fork so I can spread it evenly across the pan.
