Ingredients
- 250 ml whole milk
- 125 g flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 10 g sugar
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Once everything is mixed together, stop blending – you don’t want to incorporate air into the mixture.
- Now, melt some butter in a non-stick frying pan. I like to spear the butter with a fork so I can spread it evenly across the pan.
