- 200 g de galletas (tipo María o Digestive)
- 100 g de mantequilla derretida
- 500 g de queso crema
- 200 ml de nata para montar
- 150 g de azúcar
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
- 10 g de gelatina sin sabor
- 50 ml de agua fría
- Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter to form a firm base. Press into a tin and chill.
- Dissolve the gelatine in water and gently heat until fully dissolved.
- Beat the cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
- Add whipping cream, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Stir in the dissolved gelatine evenly.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
- Chill for at least 3 hours until set.
- Decorate to taste before serving
