Ingredients

  • 200 g de galletas (tipo María o Digestive)
  • 100 g de mantequilla derretida
  • 500 g de queso crema
  • 200 ml de nata para montar
  • 150 g de azúcar
  • 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
  • 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
  • 10 g de gelatina sin sabor
  • 50 ml de agua fría

Preparation

  1. Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter to form a firm base. Press into a tin and chill.
  2. Dissolve the gelatine in water and gently heat until fully dissolved.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  4. Add whipping cream, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix well.
  5. Stir in the dissolved gelatine evenly.
  6. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
  7. Chill for at least 3 hours until set.
  8. Decorate to taste before serving
