- 250 g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml fresh whole milk
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 10 g baking powder
- 3 g salt
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Add sugar and mix.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add milk, and heat without boiling.
- Pour the milk into the flour mixture and stir until combined. Add beaten eggs and mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the waffle iron and brush with butter.
- Pour a ladle of batter onto the waffle iron, close, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the waffle and cool on a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
